Drew Vaughan is a New York City-based writer and director with over a decade of experience in creative advertising. His filmmaking journey began on those commercial sets, observing top directors and absorbing their craft. After picking up a camera and creating a mix of commercial successes and experimental short films, Drew's career took a major leap when he was accepted into a prestigious film program led by Werner Herzog, where he spent two transformative weeks making films in the Canary Islands. This experience profoundly shaped his approach to storytelling. Since then, Drew has been making films by any means possible, driven by his passion for visual storytelling, even winning an Emmy for a commercial he directed.
